We are a Manager of Investment Offerings that acquire, develop, and manage commercial real estate that has the potential to produce consistent, above average returns through tax efficient income distributions and capital gains from the disposition of properties.

Acquire and Develop
As a premier Offering Manager, we focus on each identified project and adhere to strict discipline when performing due diligence. We create synergies with our contracted associates, landowners, communities, and local governments. We engage only the highest quality managers, and work with well-respected brand names to bring accredited investors institutional quality investments.
Asset Management
Our Management team will be involved in property-related functions within our selected portfolio. Our strategy includes business planning, construction, site management, and tenant relations. For stabilized, income-producing properties, our team may work with third party brokers to proactively market and negotiate leases to keep the properties occupied.
Efficiencies
We work closely with field experts on each identified project, cutting excess waste wherever possible. We have eliminated sales commissions and reimbursements, and strive to keep our offering expenses as low as possible so that we can maximize investor returns.
Management
Sue A. Howell
President
Sue began a 28-year military career as an E-1 in the Army, and retired as a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy. She served as a Chinese linguist, Personnel Clerk, Finance Clerk and Registered Nurse, and was deployed during Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation New Dawn. She is highly decorated from her deployments in Kuwait and Afghanistan. Howell earned an Associate in Science Degree in Computer Information Systems/Business Administration in 1992 from Northern Michigan University, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1993. She received her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management with Marketing from Old Dominion University in 2007. She began investing in real estate trusts at the early age of 18. Her committed involvement cultivated strategic relationships throughout the years, with her interest expanding well beyond that of the individual investor. Now she has put together a team of highly experienced real estate professionals to bring unique, protection-oriented investor opportunities
to marketplace.
Alan T. Lane
Managing Partner
Alan brings over 25 years of experience in securitized real estate offerings, including office, industrial, single tenant, storage and hospitality portfolios. He has been involved in multiple real estate advisory boards and round-table discussion panels throughout the various market cycles and has a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies that can make or break private offerings. As a registered securities representative, he raised several million dollars in investor funds throughout his career, and was involved in multiple start-ups and small businesses for more than three decades. He currently holds a Real Estate license in the State of Florida.
